What is the cost of a custom-tailored suit?
The suits we offer have different prices according to the quality of the fabric. We recommend browsing our fabric collections to see what fits your budget.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, mainly Thai Baht, but also other currencies, usually depending on the strength of the currency. If you are ordering from overseas we accept payments via Wise, and you can send it to us in Baht.
Some small currency conversion inconveniences may occur, but we’ll do our best to work it out, don’t stress.
What if my suit requires an alteration after I receive it abroad?
It is very unlikely to happen because we do a final check before we ship, but if an alteration is needed we’ll fix it as soon as possible and send it back to you after the adjustments are made.
What materials are your suits made from?
Our suits are made from cotton, velvet, cashmere, wool, silk and more. You can browse all available materials on our fabrics for suits page.
What is the normal weight of your suit fabrics?
Usually around 300 grams per fabric, depending on the collection.
What fabrics do you use?
We offer a wide range of fabrics. If you have the chance to visit our shop in Patong you are welcome to look around at everything we have in stock. If you are ordering online, browse the fabric pages linked in the navigation bar.

What is Ply and Thread count?
The number of threads in a one-inch square of fabric, both horizontally and vertically, is referred to as the thread count. The amount of ply and the thread thickness both have an impact on it.
The number of threads woven into a single thread is referred to as the ply of the fabric. Two-ply fabrics twist two portions together to create a strong thread and double the thread count, while single-ply fabrics use threads on their own.
What kind of fabrics do you use for shirts and suits?

What do I do if my package has stains when I receive it?
If it’s on the outside of the package it is from the shipping company. If it is on the items themselves it’s very unlikely, we do a final check before we send, but should it happen, let us know. We’ll fix it as soon as possible and send it back to you after the adjustments are made.
What should I do if my suit doesn’t fit?
First, message us on any social media channel and let us know it doesn’t fit. Please attach a photo of you wearing the item. This applies when you’ve sent us the measurements and we made a mistake.
Second, we’ll take a look to understand the mistake and make another item as soon as possible and deliver it to you.
Lastly, once you’ve received the replacement, please let us know how well it fits and whether you are satisfied.
What is your product complaints policy?
We don’t have a formal complaints policy, but if an item has a problem caused by us, for example, we made the length 20 when it should have been 25, the fault is undoubtedly ours. We will make it up to you and deliver a new item with the correct measurements, linings, embroidery and details.
