Once we have your measurements on file, a new order does not need a return flight to Phuket. We ship to 220 countries by DHL, working from the fit we already built with you.
How it actually works
Can I really reorder a suit after I have flown home?
Yes, and it is a genuine part of how we work every week. Once your measurements are on file from a visit to the shop, a repeat order is just a WhatsApp message, a video call to confirm fabric, and a shipment. It works best for customers we have already measured in person.
How it works
What a remote order actually looks like
1. Message us your order
WhatsApp is enough. Tell us what you want, and confirm the measurements on file are still accurate, or send updated ones if your build has changed.
2. Confirm fabric on a video call
We show you the actual bolt of cloth on the call, in normal light. Colour and weave should look the way you expect before we cut anything.
3. We cut, fit to your file, and finish
Because there is no in-person fitting, we build in the same care we would use for a first-time customer’s basted fitting, just without you in the room for it.
4. Shipped by DHL to your door
We deliver to 220 countries. Turnaround for a remote order, including international shipping, typically runs 10 to 14 days from confirmed fabric.
If we have never met
Can a first order be placed without visiting the shop at all?
It is possible, but it is not the easiest way in, and we say so upfront when customers ask. A first suit benefits from an in-person fitting, where we catch fit problems a set of self-taken measurements cannot show us. How many countries do you ship to?
220, by DHL. If your country is not on a courier’s usual list, message us and we will check the route before you order.
Do I need to have visited the shop before ordering remotely?
It works best that way, because we already have your measurements on file and know how you like a garment to fit. Read the note above on first orders without a visit if that is your situation.
How long does a remote order take?

What if the fit is off when it arrives?
Tell us. Send a photo over WhatsApp and we will work out a fix, whether that means an adjustment on your next visit or a recut shipped back to you.
